Management
- Inform you regularly how your property is progressing.
- Genarate and arrange all viewings.
- Obtain credit references, proof of earnings, previous landlord
references and ID Checks - Passport/ Driving licence.
- Collect the rent payable by the tenant monthly to our client
account and then you will be paid direct from this account.
- Provide you with Monthly Statements
- Set up the legal binding tenancy agreement for periods no
less than six months.
- Take a statement of condition (or Inventory)
- Make regular inspections of the property
- Advise on any repairs that are necessary and under take
such repairs when necessary with your consent.
- All maintenance work is carried out by our professional
contractors.
- Provide rent and legal protection, building insurance and
home contents insurance if required.
